Connect with others
Just go to the search bar and add the name of your friend of the project and search for. Then send a request by clicking on the + sign next to the profile picture or follow by clicking on the responsible sign.
Create a sub page
Go to pages and create a new page there. Then upload a background picture and profile picture. You can now invite your friends and or the people you want to have there on it to join.
Set notifications
Go to settings and there you go to Notification. Tap on the one you don't want to receive anymore.
Block someone
Go to Friends and then tap on the Block Button
Messenger Support
Change your background
Go to Messenger and Tap on the three dots on the right higher corner. And then tap on Chat Background Image.
Join a public group
Go to the three dots on the upper right corner and tap on join the group. Then write the name of the group and choose the right one.
Write directly to a person
You have to first become a friend in order to write someone on the chat. Protecting you from spam!
Join a private group
Ask the group owner to invite you or alternatively send a request for acceptance for you to join.
Video Call Support
Video is not connecting
You are most probably in a bad connection area and have to go to a better connected environment.
A group video call
Subject to your subscription you can add up to 16 People on your Video Call on the Web Version for Desktop. On the Mobile Version we offer only 1:1 Call at the moment.
A meeting on Desktop
Yes you can go to Video Call and press the Button Schedule Meeting. Then choose the Time and Date and invite the participant. They will get an EMail and a Message on the messenger with time and date.
Record a meeting
Go to the Meeting site and click on Record. Once all accept the Record Request your Recording starts and will be downloaded directly to your Desktop or to your Cloud Space on DATAG8.

Get more storage
Depending on the subscription package you have, you have a set amount. But if you would like to expand this, you can buy more by going to Settings>Account>"Buy more space"
Share a file with someone
Click on the file you would like to share, click the 3 dots and select share.
Download all my files
Highlight the file or folder you would like to download, click on the 3 dots next to this. and select "Download".
Accidentally delete a file
The file will be moved into your recycling bin. It will stay in there for 30 days before permanently being deleted.
Wallet Support
Create my first wallet
Go to the Wallet Icon and tap on the create button. Now follow the process. Make sure that you download the PDF file and to keep it at a safe place. All your Information and private Keys are on it.
Public Ex to my wallet
Go to the Wallet after you installed it and click there on the Activate Button and activate your account. After you have done this, just refresh the page and you will be able to receive and send your coins and other digital assets.
Fix my 2 Factor Auth
Write from your original account email to the support and ask for the removal of the 2FA
Transaction password
You can find the transaction Password on your PDF you got at the account creation. We can not change your Transaction Password or have any other access to your account.
